If there is no quorum , the GA will be repeated , in accordance with the Statute (Art. 10 to 12 ) on 7/7/2012 on a Saturday at the same time and the same place. If no quorum and new , will be repeated on 14/7/2012 , Saturday , at the same time and always in the same place ( Cybele 6 Gerakas ) .

1. Each This representative may vote on behalf of a single representative absent with authorization (Article 20.24 )
Two . Under Article 6.2 the annual subscription paid everything before the GA
Three . Under Article 8.4 the representatives of the Association shall be notified two days before each General Assembly the Secretariat.
FIVA CARD STATEMENTS ON INTEGRATION IN THE POWER OF CLUBS
In view of the General Assembly of Members ‘ E.O.FILPA ” to be held on June 30, 2012 please send until 25 June 2012 the new FIVA card statements for inclusion in the strength of the association you determine the number of Representatives your club .
It also sent the copies of the statements , in accordance with the standard form , as well as summaries of representatives . ( If you have not contact the Secretariat ) .
Note that only new statements or changes to vehicles already declared so far , should be sent to us .
If you have not sent new letters until June 25, 2012 it will take into account current statements of last General Assembly .
Please be advised that many cards FIVA have completed 10 years of their issue will not be considered .
